Centred Self Yoga offers private classes for individuals or small groups, corporate classes, public classes, and can deliver workshops, seminars and courses to you on a variety of themes including Introduction to Meditation and
Yoga for Stress Management.

Our teaching style is based on the traditional practice and fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga – with the authentic spirit of Yoga – that it is a discipline suitable for every individual regardless of their abilities and needs.
