This 6 Week Course is specifically designed to promote total relaxation of body and mind, while gently improving flexibility and strength.

Experience and learn simple Yoga techniques including:

­ Asana (Yoga Postures)
­ Pranayama (Breathing)
­ Savasana (Deep Relaxation)
­ Awareness/Simple Meditation

No prior experience of Yoga necessary – all are welcome.
