If any of these apply to you, then Private Classes are an ideal solution.
After gaining an understanding of your general health and what you hope to achieve from your Yoga practice, we will then progressively work with you to develop a personal program that meets your needs and desired outcomes.
Private Classes are available on a regular, ongoing basis or simply ad-hoc sessions as required.
We also offer Home Practice Development and Private Classes for Small Groups.
Home Practice Development
If you would like to practice Yoga at home on your own whenever it suits you, we can help you by designing and teaching you a practice specifically for your needs and goals.
Practicing yoga at home can be a useful and cost effective alternative or supplement to attending group classes.
Consistent practice of a program that has been designed specifically for your needs and goals, will deliver you results sooner and with longer lasting benefits than just attending a general group class once a week.
Generally, a minimum of 3 sessions is required to develop and deliver a personalised program that will effectively meet your needs.
Private Classes for Small Groups
Private classes are also available for small groups of two to three people, allowing you to share the experience, and fees, with a partner, friends or colleagues.
We can tailor classes to suit your group’s needs and desired focus – for example Beginners, Strength & Flexibility, Stress Management or Back Care etc
All you need is an area large enough to fit your group – possibilities include your home, office or any other suitable space of your convenience and we will come to you.
Special Needs
Specific Yoga practice as a complementary therapy can be helpful for many physical and mental/emotional health issues – some common examples include chronic back and neck pain, joint immobility, hypertension, stress, anxiety and depression.
In conjunction with your other health care providers, our approach is to work with you to help manage the symptoms of your issue/s and accelerate the healing process.
You may choose to book private lessons with the aim of developing a personal programme you can practice consistently at home (refer Home Practice Development), or you may prefer to continue working one-on-one with us on a regular, ongoing basis.

Pricing for private classes is dependent on location, day/time, frequency and length of sessions.
