Public Classes
Centred Self Yoga has been providing community classes throughout Sydney since 2002.
Our general classes encompass building strength and stability, increasing flexibility, developing concentration and heightened self-awareness – and achieving physical and mental relaxation.
There is always a focus on exploration of the breath, the relationship between the body/mind - and the intention to have you leave the class feeling centred and peaceful.
We honour that within a group each individual is unique with varied abilities and aim to accommodate for this by offering suitable variations and encouraging you to work within your own capacity and develop at your own individual pace.
Our classes are relaxed and friendly within a supportive and non-competitive environment. All are welcome.
RANDWICK
The classes will held Tuesday and Wednesday nights commencing 31 January 2012.
The classes are best attended consistently as a course, where you will progressively learn and practice a combination of dynamic and static Yoga postures designed to improve your overall flexibility and strength, integrate mind/body/breath and induce a calm and centred state.
Classes will be taught with clear instruction, in a supportive and non-competitive environment and cater to suit all levels of experience, including beginners.

These well established and popular classes are held in Mascot Public School and are offered as 6 or 8 week courses as follows:

Start Your Own Yoga Group
• Interested in practicing Yoga within a group but can’t make it our classes?
• Do you have 3 or more friends or colleagues who are also keen to begin Yoga but not sure where to go?
You may want to consider getting together your own group at home, the office or any other suitable space of your convenience and we can come to you!
We can tailor classes to suit your group’s needs and desired focus – for example Beginners, Strength & Flexibility, Stress Management or Back Care etc
